Employed Person

- Completed Mortgage Application Form
- Photocopy of Passport or Residency Card of the applicant
- Last 6 months bank statements
- Last income tax declaration (P60 in the UK) or evidence of latest annual tax assessment
- Certificate of Employer mentioning professional status and position in the company, length of employment and annual net income
- Photocopies of three last salary slips

Details of the Investment
If it is for the purchase of a new or second hand property a photocopy of the private purchase contract or letter of offer is necessary.

- Photocopy of Passport or Residency Card of the applicant
- Bank References
- Details of Income (of each applicant)
- Photocopy of last tax declaration
- Accountants Reference confirming gross and net income, plus drawings last year
- Any documentation verifying income

- Confirmation letter from pension provider or pension slips.
- Bank statements for last three months
- Last Self Assessment Tax Return/ P60
