The Mixed Interest Mortgage combines a fixed rate for the first five years and, thereafter, an adjustable rate mortgage (index plus differential).

The amount offered is up to 80% of the assessed value of the mortgaged building and the mortgage is available for terms of up to 25 years.

The Mixed Interest Mortgage combines the security of a fixed rate during the first 5 years of the loan, eliminating uncertainties, with the advantages of a floating interest rate loan.

The Mixed Interest Mortgage is designed for:

- Anyone planning to buy a house or apartment, or who already owns one, needs financing and wants to guarantee the loan against their house or apartment.

- Anyone who wants to combine the advantages of fixed and adjustable rate mortgage loans, that is, who wants no uncertainty during the first years of the loan and wants to benefit from the advantages of the floating interest rate throughout the rest of the term.

Arrangement fee of 1.5% (minimum EUR 300.51)
Total prepayment: 1% of the sums prepaid.
Partial prepayment: 1% (minimum EUR 60.01).
