1. First Impressions

The entrance to the property is the first impression potential buyers receive. If the initial impression is not welcoming, then the rest of the viewing is likely to be negative. It is essential that the approach to the property is accessible, and clean and tidy. This can be achieved by cleaning the entrance way and something as simple as purchasing a new doormat. 2. Less is more

When selling your property, it is advisable to put any unnecessary furniture you have in storage, buyers do not like to view a property that is fussy, cluttered and over furnished.

3. Fresh Air

There is nothing more off putting when viewing a property than a foul, damp smell. If the property is left empty for any length of time the drains and waste pipes can produce a smell that is off-putting to potential buyers. Overcome this by having the property aired at regular intervals, and also take advantage of timed plug-in air fresheners.
